Firstly, we listen to your design requirements and then create the artwork that represents your vision. Once you are completely happy with the design, we move on to the production stage.
Production starts with creating a “master” that we can replicate multiple times. One way is via our in-house 3D printer. After the master has been produced, we mould it in a natural rubber. We cast the amount you need and then finish each buckle individually by hand.
The buckles have been completed and are looking great. They are then packaged as you require and placed into a secure box. Lastly, they are delivered to you via courier.
